Dose

Adults 18+: 1 capsule once daily. Each capsule has 250 mg of NMN; one 60-capsule bottle lasts about 60 days.

Published studies have used other amounts, including amounts higher than 250 mg. Those amounts belong to the studies. They are not a reason to take a second Anera capsule.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
