NMN research
Why someone might stop taking NMN
A personal essay about stopping NMN because of cost and unfinished evidence. It is one person's choice, not proof that a capsule works or does not work.
iResearch and general biology, not a product claim. Anera products are licensed only for the uses shown in the box at the end of this page.

This is a personal page. It is not a verdict on the ingredient, and it is not a story about a change anyone should expect.
Reasons that are allowed to be ordinary
People stop because the bottle is a monthly cost, because they wanted a feeling the label never promised, or because they would rather put the money toward sleep, food, and a walk they already know they value. Those are life choices. They are not data.
If you stop, you do not owe the internet a transformation story. If you continue, you do not owe it one either.
What Anera still sells
Anera still makes its capsules for adults 18+ who want them on the terms of the licence. The licensed uses are listed at the end of this page.
Research note. Long-term human evidence is still limited. Trials are often short, and they do not all measure the same thing. That limit is a reason to stay modest. It is not a reason to invent a personal result in either direction. Those papers describe the people and the product in the study. They are not a claim about Anera capsules.
