What are the Natural Product Numbers?
NMN + Trans-Resveratrol 24000 is NPN 80129476. Pure NMN 15000 is NPN 80135670. Both are held by Anera Life Inc. You can look them up in Health Canada's Licensed Natural Health Products Database.
How do I take it?
Adults 18 and older: take one capsule once a day. Each capsule contains 250 mg of NMN. NMN + Trans-Resveratrol 24000 also contains 150 mg of trans-resveratrol. A bottle has 60 capsules, about 60 days. With or without food is fine.
Who is it for?
Adults 18 and older. Talk with a health care practitioner before use if you have diabetes. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. What is the difference between the two formulas?
Pure NMN 15000 is NMN on its own. NMN + Trans-Resveratrol 24000 is the same 250 mg of NMN plus 150 mg of trans-resveratrol. Both use the same licensed sentence. Pure NMN 15000 is CA$105. NMN + Trans-Resveratrol 24000 is CA$120.
Where are the capsules made?
In Canada. Anera Life Inc. is at 2220, 8788 McKim Way, Richmond, BC V6X 4E2. Batches are third-party tested. Uthever NMN batch NMN250316 tested 99.91% by HPLC. That figure is for that batch. Certificates are on the Science page.
How does shipping work?
Free shipping to Canada and the USA on orders of CA$150 or more. A single bottle is under CA$150, so shipping is calculated at checkout. Prepaid packs of 3, 6, and 12 bottles are over that line. International orders outside Canada and the US: $50 CAD flat rate shipping. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
What is the return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging. Opened supplements cannot be returned. Email info@aneralife.com with your order number if you need a return.
Can a practitioner order Anera?
Yes. Anera is joining Fullscript so practitioners can recommend these formulas to patients. While that listing is still being finished, patients can order on this website. A practitioner channel does not add a health claim. The licence wording stays the same.
Do you promise a change in how I will feel?
No. The capsules are a daily habit. We do not promise a feeling, a timeline, or a result beyond the licensed sentence.
