250 mg compared with higher study amounts, without doubling the Anera dose

250 and 500 look like a simple choice, the way shirt sizes do. They are not. One of them is our label. The other is a number that appears in research.

Our label

Each Anera capsule has 250 mg of NMN. Adults 18+: 1 capsule once daily. Do not take more than 1 capsule a day.

Research, not a product claim. These amounts are not Anera's directions. Human studies have used 250 mg, 300 mg, 500 mg, and higher daily amounts, including a dose-ranging trial at 300, 600, and 900 mg. Results depend on the trial. They do not establish that a larger number is universally better, and they do not rewrite an Anera label.
