It is a fair question. You start something new and you want to know what the next few weeks are for. Here is the honest answer from our label: we do not tell you when you will notice anything, because we are not licensed to.

There is no personal timeline

A bottle of Anera is a daily habit, not a countdown. Adults 18+: 1 capsule once daily. One capsule. Not a second capsule later in the day, and not a different amount on weekends.

If a page, a comment, or an old article promised a change in the first week, or a deeper change by month three, set that aside. That kind of calendar is not on our licence and it is not something we will say.

Research note. Human studies have followed NMN for a few weeks or a few months and have measured different things in different groups. Some blood-marker results differed from the comparison group. Some did not. A 2022 trial of 300 mg NMN in adults aged 40 to 65 did not separate from placebo on serum NAD+/NADH. Those papers describe the people and the product in the study. They are not a claim about Anera capsules.

Pick a time you will remember, next to something you already do. Adults 18+: 1 capsule once daily.

What Anera is licensed to say

ANERA 15000 NMN is 250 mg of NMN in each capsule, 60 capsules in the bottle. Health Canada NPN 80135670. ANERA 24000 NMN + Trans-Resveratrol is the same 250 mg of NMN plus 150 mg of trans-resveratrol. Health Canada NPN 80129476.
